Spring Uniform

As soon as the temps jumped above 50 this week, I got the itch. Literally, my legs were itching from being trapped inside tights for the last 5 months! So, I’m done. No more tights! And once I take them off, there’s no turning back for me. I full steam ahead into my typical spring uniform: dresses and boots…sans tights of course!

I’ve never been good at math but this is a simple addition problem I can master! It’s easy to plug in different variables and still get the same output=super cute and easy outfit for spring. Check out how I play with different versions of the same concept below. Happy Spring~

Blazer + Dress + Booties=Business Casual

This is such an easy way to be a bit more dressed up at work for a meeting or a presentation. I also love to have a pop of color underneath a blazer to keep it spring-y! Outfit details: Blazer-old, similar here//Dress- Old, similar here //Booties-old, similar here //Belt- old, similar here

Jean Jacket + Flowy Dress + Rugged Boots=Weekend Warrior

This is a great option for the weekend, chasing the kiddos around, but it’s also work appropriate and the harness boots keep it from being too hippie. Outfit details: Jean jacket- Nordstrom, sold out, similar here//Dress-Knox Rose, old, similar here//Boots- Frye

Floral Dress + Over-the-Knee Boots=Pretty and Polished

I’m always game for a nice floral print, but sometimes they can be a bit too sweet for me. So I’ve paired this one with my OTK boots to give it that balance- a great combo! Totally appropriate for work and for drinks or dinner after. Outfit details: Dress- Loft, last season, similar here//OTK Boots- Old, similar here.
